How to add a new employee?

To add a new employee, go to the Settings tab, then select the Employees section. Click the "Add employee" button in the top right corner. Fill in the name, surname and assign services that the employee performs. You can also set an individual color in the calendar.

How to configure salon opening hours?

You define opening hours in Settings > Working Hours. You can set default hours for the entire salon and individual schedules for each employee. Remember to save changes - the calendar automatically updates available slots.

Can I transfer data from another system?

Yes! We offer free help with data migration. If you have a client database in Excel or CSV format, you can import it in the Clients > Import section. In case of migration from other systems (e.g. Booksy, Versum), contact our support.

How to add a recurring appointment?

When adding a new appointment in the calendar, verify the "Repeat appointment" option. You can select the frequency (e.g. every 3 weeks) and the end date of the cycle. This is an ideal solution for regular clients.

How to block time for a break?

Click on the selected hour in the calendar and instead of an appointment select the type "Block / Break". This time will be excluded from online booking, and a gray block will appear in the calendar.

What do appointment colors mean?

Colors help quickly assess the status of the appointment:
🔵 Blue - Appointment booked (upcoming)
🟢 Green - Appointment completed / paid
🔴 Red - Client did not show up (No-show)
🟠 Orange - Appointment unconfirmed (preliminary booking)

How do automatic SMS reminders work?

The system automatically sends an SMS reminder 24 hours before the visit. You can edit the message content in marketing settings. Thanks to this, you reduce the number of absences by up to 70%.

Where can I find client visit history?

Enter the Clients tab and search for a person. Clicking on their name will open the Client Card. You will find there full history of visits, purchased products, as well as a gallery of "before and after" photos and your private notes.

How does the GDPR consent system work?

When adding a new client, you can check appropriate consents (marketing, data processing). The client can also express consents on their own during online booking. The status of consents is always visible in the Client Card.

How to generate a monthly report?

Go to the Reports tab. Select the date range (e.g. Current month) and click "Generate". You will receive a summary of revenues broken down by services and products, as well as statistics for individual employees.

Does the system support commissions for employees?

Yes. In the employee profile edit, you can determine % commission on services and product sales. The commission report is generated automatically at the end of the month, saving your time on payouts.
